Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Postpartum Therapy
Through my own experience with infertility, pregnancy loss, and 2 successful pregnancies, I bring a unique understanding of the struggles that a mother, or an aspiring mother, may experience. I can share resources, experience, or just be a safe space to explore some of your most intimate struggles.
Infertility Support: Difficulty starting a family can feel very isolating. It is important to have a support system and to care for your emotions as well as your body while going through the process of seeking fertility treatments.
Infertility Training: In addition to having my own experience navigating the field of infertility treatments, I have sought out and completed the most in-depth continuing education training in order to best provide therapeutic interventions to those going through infertility treatments. I completed Fertility Counseling Postgraduate Course in June of 2024, totaling 30 hours of formal training as well as additional hours of hands-on interactive training.
Postpartum Support: After a child is brought into a family, everything changes. Your body changes, your hormones, your moods, your priorities, as well as your relationship. Adjusting to this new period of your life can be quite difficult. I strive to help you identify what is in your control, as well as educate you on tips for how to manage some of the most common struggles that new moms will face.
