Individual Therapy

When was the last time you spent 1 hour entirely dedicated to yourself? That's one of the benefits that individual therapy offers. An uninterrupted hour of introspection. We will spend that hour working together to better your understanding of yourself, as well as your reactions to those around you. We will collaborate to set goals. By considering your personal preferences coupled with my experience and research-based techniques, we will come up with a plan to help you achieve your goals. Whether it may be a reduction in symptoms of depression, anxiety, or interpersonal difficulties, I will help guide you through the process of understanding your emotions and gaining control of your behaviors. 

I work with people of all ages. I have experience with children, adolescents, young adults, middle aged, as well as elderly persons.
