About Me

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been practicing since 2008 as an intern, and licensed since 2014.

I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology at UCLA in 2007, and my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University, Santa Barbara, in 2009, and seek to further my education whenever possible through continued education training.

I am certified by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

I am affiliated with the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).

License Number: 79086

As a first generation child of Middle-Eastern parents, I am sensitive to and knowledgeable of multicultural issues, particularly those experienced by immigrants and their children. I have found that this knowledge has helped me to identify with others of various cultural backgrounds, in addition to those with various Middle-Eastern backgrounds. My understanding of the Arabic language can be helpful when working with the Middle-Eastern population.
